Hi, I need help with an Instagram Post/Reel Comments automation for @pacochasylwia.
The automation is LIVE, saved and configured for a specific Instagram post with the keyword IDE.
I have already checked and completed:
- Manychat is connected to @pacochasylwia
- Manychat with the ID ending in 612 is selected as the default app in Meta Conversation Routing
- Both Manychat partner app permissions are enabled
- Instagram permissions were refreshed in Manychat
- The trigger is active
- I tested with a separate Instagram account
- I used a fresh post that the test account had not commented on before
- The test comment contained the exact keyword IDE
The result is still:
- no automatic comment reply
- no DM
- Runs = 0
This looks like the Instagram comment event is not reaching Manychat at all.
Has anyone experienced this with the New Enhanced Connection? Is there anything else that needs to be enabled, or could this be a webhook/connection issue on Manychat or Meta’s side?
