Problema de visualização, com automações recentes, no direct do instagram mostra as automações cortadas com apenas a primeira frase do texto, que deveria ser mostrado corretamente. Mas no Live Chat, mostra que o conteúdo foi enviado normalmente, mas a visualização no direct não mostra a mesma coisa do Live Chat, mostra cortada. Como resolver? Estou com esse problema a + de uma semana. Já atualizer permissões, já desconectei e mesmo assim não funciona. Quando vai fazer pergunta dá esse outro bug ai. E o problema é sempre de visualização. No direct mostra a primeira frase e no live chat mostra como se tivesse enviado normal. Que bug é esse?

Hello I’m currently having trouble where the automation DM is not being sent with the trigger word. I have a PRO account and not sure why this problem is happening. It was easy before to set up. Also having the problem of the whole message not showing in the text. Along with this caution sign that Keeps showing . Hola tengo 2 dudas.La primera es que necesito que ManyChat responda diferente según palabra en un post. Es decir, en la publicación 1 envíe una imagen al escribir "b" y mande otra imagen al escribir la palabra "b". El detalle es que tengo 23 palabras. La otra ruta es que se inicie la conversación con palabra clave y en el chat responder con una palabra clave con imagen. Donde puedo leer al respecto y como puedo desarrollar esto.

I am using make to connect them all.I created 2 automations in manychat and it works fine if the user only sends one message: chatbase replies but if the user asks for something else, the user's 2nd message is ignored, the chatbot (chatbase) doesn't reply.I would like to make chatbase carrying on the conversation. chatbase works fine on my website as a javascript widget. So I guess I am doing something wrong on Manychat and Make?Anyone has an idea to connect an AI agent to my social networks DM able to have a conversation and try to sell it instead of giving only 1 reply?I watched a popular tutorial from Joren Wouters on Youtube.I missed something and I need the help of a Manychat Expert, please. Tengo alguna hecha (2 o 3) pero pensaba que no había limite en esto, sino en los contactos…Tengo una pagina en Facebook con muchos seguidores pero no es la misma que instagram…Solo quisiera aclarar la versión gratuita. Si me permite hacer automatizaciones sin limite de cantidad o realmente tengo que acceder a la de pago. Como estoy empezando no quería tener tanto gasto...pero si no hay mas remedio..Muchas gracias!!
estava logado com minha conta, do Instagram, ai desliguei para logar outra conta através do MacBook , ele fez o procedimento de conexão porem travou na tela e não conecta e não volta ao inicio, a tela esta aberta porem somente com símbolo do Instagram . não vai mem para próxima etapa e nem volta para fazer a conexão com Facebook . alguém sabe como resolver

Nowhere can I find an explanation regarding the differences among these 3. (I am very new to ManyChat and using Messenger, so please be kind. 🙂)To me they all seem like variations of FAQs. But it’s not clear to me when you use one vs. the other, nor where, nor when. nor how often.A diagram or table showing the differences, if one exists, would be enlightening. Hi, I’m new to Manychat.I have 2 different links for my store. One is for my native country, other for international. I would like to use the “convert Instagram comments to sales” template to let the users comment their country name and send the link based on their country.Is there any feature that checks whether a word is a country name? Or is there any way to add a list of country names (keywords) to verify from, instead of adding all the 195 countries’ name individually?
