Hi all, I am trying to set up email automation, but because we have a Wix website and use Ascend within the website builder to send all our newsletters, blogs and abandoned cart emails, when we try to set up the email integration with ManyChat, it wants us to change our DNS settings, but we can’t because everything is set up to work though Ascend and we dont want to change this. I have done some research and one option is to create a subdomain to integrate with ManyChat because the subdomain will have different DNS settings?!? But I cant find out the information on how to do this to successfully integrate it. Does anyone know or have an easier workaround?
Hello Community! I have an issue like I have explained in the title. My bot won’t move to next step if I want a user to verify its phone number or email address, but on the other hand the First or Last name it’s working properly. So what happens is that it won’t move from Send Message #5 to Send Message #6. Is it possible that is the problem because of “Fallback” field and how to solve that: I have also tried adding {email} to text message and it won’t show it on preview, where could be that issue? I’d love to get this sort out! Thanks!

I am trying to consolidate my facebook and instagram accounts in one. 2 years ago another member of the team created the facebook integration. recently I create the instagram account under our new re-branded name. I want to move the old facebook account into the new one, but I don’t see a way to do that without deleting the facebook account. there are over 1000 contacts in the old facebook account that I would rather not lose. is there a way to move the old to the new without deleting or is deleting the only way?thanks.

Hola! He creado una automatizacion en la que recojo varios datos (como nombre, email y otros datos) en una hoja de google Sheet. Lo que me ocurre es que, los datos se me guardan , y se me guardan en la columna correcta cada dato, el unico problema es que de un usuario que recibo 4 datos se me colocan en 4 filas distintas (como se muestra en la foto adjunta) en vez de guardar en cada fila un usuario junto con sus 4 datos correspondientes.No se como puedo hacer para configurarlo y que salga ordenado, alguien me ayuda? gracias!! :D
