Manychat allows me to change my automation flow basis on this condition (Whether the user is a follower or not). Recently while speaking to a fellow Instagram business owner, I got to know there is no official Instagram API to check if the user is a follower of your channel or not and there is a high chance Manychat is scraping our IG account to check for follower status. With this question, I want to clearly ask if Manychat is scraping our account to check for follower status? If not, pls provide with Instagram official documentation through which this is made possible on Manychat. Oi, gente! Preciso de ajuda e não encontro respostas em lugar nenhum. Seguinte, de 2 semanas pra cá clientes estão comentando no post que não estão recebendo a mensagem no direct. O detalhe é que, o manychat responde o comentário que foi enviado, ok, e quando eu abro a conversa no direct pra mim aparece a mensagem que foi configurada no fluxo, mas para os clientes está em branco. Vários deles me mandaram prints e realmente a conversa está em branco. Já atualizei permissões e nada. Tipo, de 10 mensagens enviadas pelos 6 retornam dizendo que não receberam nada. O que pode ser isso?

Além disso, quando entro na lista dos contatos do Manychat os novos contatos que comentam "Eu quero" nas minhas publicações, todos, aparecem como "conversas excluídas", sendo que não exclui nenhum contato dessa lista, o que sempre faço é "cancelar a inscrição da conta", para limpar os contatos e não exceder o limite de 500 contatos que tenho no meu plano.Atualizei as permissões do Instagram dentro do Manychat, desativei e ativei os gatilhos e até agora nada, continua na mesma. Por favor!! se puder me ajudar. Tenho muitos seguidores e não consigo acompanhar todas as solicitações de link.
Hi, I have set up a sequence on a pro account and have put in send after 24 hours for the first message. I did this for all messages on that day but I think that I can only send one a day. The first messages are sending but the 2nd two aren’t. I tried one day clicking and another day not clicking on a button and neither day sent the next lot of messages. Can anyone help? This seems like a pretty major flaw if the automations won’t work when you’re doing a collab post with another account. Can someone let me know if they’ve figured this out? I see only questions here and nobody answering from manychat so reposting another question about the same important thing: IG Collab posts:Will my automations work or not?Presume I am the Author of the post inviting another account as my collaborator and it is not a paid / ad type collab but a regular 2-account cross post collab.Furthermore, if the automations will work will they work for ALL commenters or just commenters following my account already?
