Integrating Stack AI and ManyChat

I am unable to connect Stack AI and ManyChat and IG I have followed one or two tutorials on YouTube but they do not appear to work. The videos where shot around 8 months ago so I am not sure if it is something that has changed in the mean time. Idea is that the chatbot built in Stack AI simply works through ManyChat. I have setup custom fields and amended the External Requests Header, Body and Response but still no use. I can see some of the messages getting back to Stack AI but the error {{cuf_11269645}} sometimes has appeared, Right now it just looks like on the IG account, no response is being sent back to me. Please help.

How to Set Up Zapier Automation Between Google Sheets and Manychat for Subscriber Updates?I'm trying to create a Zapier automation between Google Sheets, where customers are regularly updated, and Manychat. I want every time I update the table in Google Sheets with a new customer, the information will also be updated in Manychat. At the moment, the automation is stuck in Zapier because I can't get it to work, and something is likely wrong. I haven't found any tutorial or explanation on this topic. Has anyone done this before and can explain how to set up the automation in Zapier?

After I registered to use the free plan my whatsapp Business contact number was harmed being blocked and I'm sure it was after registering here on manychat, I'm from Brazil and my whatsapp contact and calls to talk is +55 13 99114-3703

Instagram groupchat automation

I want to be able to create an automatic dm reply but with the manychat bot in a groupchat. However, groupchats do not show up in the live chat list so when dms are sent via a groupchat nothing happens. Is there anyway to get manychat to recognize groupchats as a dm so that automatic responses can be sent in the groupchat similar to how it replies to dms.

Hi. I’m trying to set-up an “away” message to my IG chat channel. Since we do not have a 24 hour customer service. Is there any way for me to set-up an away message from 6pm-9am? I tried the condition but it’s giving me an error.

the auto replay to comments on instagram reels no working

I am doing the automation all correctly. but the auto replay to comments messages are not working. whoever is commenting to my reels are not getting and auto response. a message goes to their DMs though. does anyone know what can happen?

What's a workaround for customers on a desktop?

I couldn’t find an answer by searching and I’m pretty amazed by that but here goes. Since customers viewing automations on a desktop computer don’t see the ManyChat buttons/quick reply options, how can we avoid a lot of manual work? I have a lot of leads who are on desktop and my automations are basically useless as soon as they ask the user to click something. I then have to go on and manually process their request. There must be an established workaround, if not a solution in place, since I’m not the first person to experience this.Asking people to open the mobile app is not ideal. Thanks in advance! :)

Adding tag to contact won't trigger automation, neither will rule

I try to tag a contact with this tag and it’s not starting the automation. What am I missing? I also tried to create a rule and that didn’t seem to work either when I added a tag. I’m adding one tag to one contact at a time.

Clientes não conseguem ver áudios que eu envio no Bate-papo ao Vivo

Quando envia áudios para os clientes eles falam que quando vão escutar o áudio aparece uma mensagem na tela dizendo “Este áudio não está disponível, peça para enviar novamente ”. Já procurei na internet e nas perguntas frequentes, mas não encontrei nem um lugar onde eu respondesse essa questão.

Can’t connect Instagram from Business Manager anymor

The new way to connect instagram accounts only allows me to add Instagram accounts that are in my Accounts Center, but I have full access to my clients facebook page and Instagram account. Before I was able to add clients IG accounts because I had full access, but now I can only add accounts that are in my Accounts Center, but the problem with that is that clients won't add their accounts to my account center because it can only be in ONE person's account center. How to I add IG accounts that I have full access now? Please help urgently

Adding a follow up dm to a flow
