need to transfer the owner of manychat account.

The facebook account which I created Manychat account was blocked, and I need to transfer the owner of manychat account to another facebook account. And I need to stop the Pro account. Pls give me the support for this problem.

Collab posts: do automations work or not? If Author? For other account commenters? At all?

This seems like a pretty major flaw if the automations won’t work when you’re doing a collab post with another account. Can someone let me know if they’ve figured this out? I see only questions here and nobody answering from manychat so reposting another question about the same important thing: IG Collab posts:Will my automations work or not?Presume I am the Author of the post inviting another account as my collaborator and it is not a paid / ad type collab but a regular 2-account cross post collab.Furthermore, if the automations will work will they work for ALL commenters or just commenters following my account already? I would think all or nothing but other folks are asking this so it makes me wonder.

How to set up automatic replies at night?

Alguien sabe porque no puedo actualizar los permisos?Las automatizaciones no me estan funcionando, manychat no lee los reels ni las publicaciones.La vez anterior pude solucionarlo actualizando los permisos, entonces, intente hacer lo mismo ahora y me sale: No tiene los permisos suficientes para actualizar permisos.

Message replies also got my automation

I just set up my first automation for comments on a Reel. A friend of mine replied to a message I had sent her (that had nothing to do with any reel) and she got the automation. I don’t see anything set up for automation for every DM I get. What should I look for?

How to stop Manychat from automatically subscribing people to the chatbot

I ONLY use Manychat to automate comments with a certain words, for example , I say in my videos (write the word “ e-book” in the comments and I will send it to you”.Now when I subscribed to the pro version, Manychat forced me to use the chatbot, which automatically subscribes people to the chatbot and automatically replies to any message in my DMs. I don’t want this feature, so can I stop Manychat from automatically subscribing people to the chatbot? and ONLY USE THE COMMENTS AUTOMATION feature?

Estou com a seguinte dificuldade:Quando ativo entrado do usuário para o lead digitar seu nome e ele não digita o nome e sim outra coisa o Manychat já grava a informação como nome do lead, e aí que entra o problema, eu não consigo editar nome de lead na opção contatos. Alguma sugestão para resolver isso?obrigado!
