Hi guys, I would like to automate my comments, thay when someone comment an specific word , they get a message in direct, is this possible in the free version of manychat?

Automation is not working

I automated the person to write the word "course" and receive a direct message with a message.When I performed the configuration it worked normallyBut a few days ago it was listed as active, but it was not running. Quiz isnt giving total and get stuck on last step

Any help would be so appreciated!!My quiz won’t add the final results and give the final score. Parámetros UTM en Meta y Manychat

En los artes de Meta se incluyen los parámetros UTM para poder ver el tráfico que han entrado a las páginas por las campañas hechas en Meta. Hice una campaña conectada a Manychat, y le agregué los parámetros, pero en Google Analytics no se indexa. ¿Esto quiere decir que no mide resultados por parámetros UTM cuando asociaomos campaña por MC?

Automated Emails - How to Create a Subdomain

Hi all, I am trying to set up email automation, but because we have a Wix website and use Ascend within the website builder to send all our newsletters, blogs and abandoned cart emails, when we try to set up the email integration with ManyChat, it wants us to change our DNS settings, but we can’t because everything is set up to work though Ascend and we dont want to change this. I have done some research and one option is to create a subdomain to integrate with ManyChat because the subdomain will have different DNS settings?!? But I cant find out the information on how to do this to successfully integrate it. Does anyone know or have an easier workaround?

The bot won't move to next step if there is quick reply containing phone number or email of user

Hello Community! I have an issue like I have explained in the title. My bot won’t move to next step if I want a user to verify its phone number or email address, but on the other hand the First or Last name it’s working properly. So what happens is that it won’t move from Send Message #5 to Send Message #6. Is it possible that is the problem because of “Fallback” field and how to solve that: I have also tried adding {email} to text message and it won’t show it on preview, where could be that issue? I’d love to get this sort out! Thanks!

Consolidating old account and new account into one new account.

I am trying to consolidate my facebook and instagram accounts in one. 2 years ago another member of the team created the facebook integration. recently I create the instagram account under our new re-branded name. I want to move the old facebook account into the new one, but I don’t see a way to do that without deleting the facebook account. there are over 1000 contacts in the old facebook account that I would rather not lose. is there a way to move the old to the new without deleting or is deleting the only way?thanks.
