API rate limit - No of autoDMs that can be sent in an hour.

Hello,Is there any rate limits on number of automated DM and comment replies can be sent in an hour. I read the meta documentation and it says “only 750 calls per hour”. Reference from meta about rate limits: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/overview/rate-limiting/#error-codes-2

Consolidating old account and new account into one new account.

I am trying to consolidate my facebook and instagram accounts in one. 2 years ago another member of the team created the facebook integration. recently I create the instagram account under our new re-branded name. I want to move the old facebook account into the new one, but I don’t see a way to do that without deleting the facebook account. there are over 1000 contacts in the old facebook account that I would rather not lose. is there a way to move the old to the new without deleting or is deleting the only way?thanks.

I posted a publication with an automation that when someone wrote "I want" a link would be sent to the person's direct message, shortly afterwards I announced this publication, but I realized that some people the link was sent and to others it wasn't, which could be this problem, could someone help me?

Manychat upsetting smart link functionality

I’m using Manychat to automate links to customers. The appropriate link is determined by the users location. I’m using Linkly to determine location and then forward to the correct link. However, in putting the smart link onto the automation message text, ManyChat is being seen in the USA and then forwarding the USA link to all conversations.How do I get ManyChat to send the Link as I have entered it and not send what it has determined to be the correct landing page? thanks,Byron

Hey .I tried to connect, and the site found a connection to an Instagram account that I want to work with, but it says that a confirmation request was sent? (It's also really weird) and they didn't send me anything.I have sent a message for help several times and there is no response! Has anyone encountered such a thing and know what to do?

Just Started This Week!

Hello! I started a new account with affiliate marketing December 20th and since then my account has been growing we reached over 13k followers. Comments were tough to keep up with so I decided to leverage ManyChat last week and it has been a game changer and has made my life so much easier. I do have a question. I use DM automation to reply to keywords commented on my post, right now it’s a little over 44%. Is there a way to increase this. Also I have not turned on auto replies to the comments, is this something that I should do? I’ve been going back and commenting on them the next day but keep getting restricted from responding. Any feedback or suggestions are welcomed! Thank you!

Domain Authentication

Hi, I made the setups to authenticate my domain 3 days ago. My domain is host on Google domain. Unfortunately it hasn't been authenticated yet. Does anyone has an idea of how long it takes for a domain to be authenticated? or what can I do to accelerate the process? Many thanks

Hi! How can I make several manybot chats attached to different instagram accounts? I currently have only one attached to the main account and it doesnt allow me to get another authomation to my second instagram profile. That would be a great discovery for me if the solution would appear.

Hi!,I log in yesterday and today. It stated “ Please Note” I hit refresh permission. It still the same problem.This is what I did yesterday and today down below log in to Manychats. Went to Automations. I deleted and put back in the URL. Click update. In order to opt in from personal page to business page, repeatedly. I click Settings and Notifications. It still stated “Please Note. Hit refresh button, repeatedly. It still the same problem. What exactly is wrong? How can I fix it?
