I have an existing account using “EMAIL A” that is already running my IG account automations. Now I want to connect my FB account on this account but it keeps on saying that I already have an existing account.I do have an account on “EMAIL B” but I already deleted those. Everytime I proceed to connect my FB account, it will logged me out of “EMAIL A” account on manychat then logged me in on “EMAIL B” account. Anyone that can on this? Would appreciate a help.
Hi there, I tested two different posts and used different links on both posts. Another user not me, commented on the post and in both cases the second message( the second DM button) didn't work so the external link -the video or PDF- I wanted to refer them to, wasn't working. What should I do?Thanks
Hello, we’re based in the USA and currently have a large volume of TikTok messages to manage. I was wondering if there are any plans or a timeline for when TikTok accounts will be able to connect to ManyChat? Alternatively, are there any other solutions available to help manage these messages? Thank you for your assistance!

Hello everyone, I hope you're well.I've set up automatic replies to comments on my Facebook posts, and it works well. However, after a while, I get blocked by Facebook because the comments are coming too quickly over a relatively short period of time.I haven't found a way to space out the replies by setting a waiting time between replies (which can be in blocks).I would really like a solution, please. 🙏🏾

I recently created a free account and set up an automated reply for a specific Instagram post.The trigger is correctly defined, and as far as I can see, the connections to both Facebook and Instagram are active. The automation is published and marked as live.However, ManyChat does not send any automated replies when a comment is made. I do receive the Instagram comment itself, but no reply is sent from ManyChat.Could you please help me? I’m not sure what else to check or adjust.Thank you so much in advance for your support! Hello! If I send a WhatsApp message to a contact that appeared to have a valid phone number, but that turns out to not be true, is the message I sent charged as usual? A few of my contacts had invalid phone numbers (that passed as valid), but the message wasn’t sent or didn’t have arrive to their phones, so I’m wondering if I’m paying regardless.Thank you!
I am using the voiceflow to manychat connection template by Omnifusion (linked below) however I’m experiencing a bug somewhere in the pre-made template and I can’t for the life of me figure out where it is or how to solve it. I think I’ve pinpointed it to one area of code, however when I’ve validated the code it appears to be fine. Has anyone experienced similar errors? Hello. When a user subscribes to the bot in Telegram for the first time, they click the Start button, and the Telegram Welcome Message automation — which also contains a flow trigger — is supposed to launch. However, after clicking the Start button, nothing happens, and the user has to click Restart for the Telegram Welcome Message automation to start. What could be the reason for this incorrect behavior?
Has anyone setup sms messages that won’t send? I’mA2P approved on Twilio and have a few phone numbers and account all working fine, except my newest client. I can’t remember if SMS can be sent right away or has to wait 24hrs? There’s a little square x next to my profile pic as well. Does anyone know the fix or familiarwith this issue?

Estou com muitos problemas, minhas automações não estão funcionando, outras com atraso nas mensagens. Estou chamando o suporte desde ontem e não resolvem o meu problema. Já trabalho há muito tempo com o manychat e quando começa a melhorar, ele buga. Estou perdendo muitas vendas e não sei mais a quem recorrer pois o suporte está péssimo. ah e os contatos eles estão contabilizando até contatos que não digitam palavras chave. Estou desesperada. For example:Input:json"message": "line1 \nline2 \nline3?"Current Output: Displays with unwanted line breaks.Desired Output: Should display as a (single line).I’ve tried: Using replace(/\n/g, ' ') in n8n’s Function/Webhook nodes Enabling Raw Body and First Entry JSON Testing with escaped (\\n) and unescaped line breaks But Manychat still doesn’t accept the format and breaksHas anyone resolved this or found a native ManyChat setting to auto-remove line breaks? Working with support but thought I would ask here. I have gone through the FAQ and help desk documents. Followed the outline, and still same issue. We are setup as a professional account, both FB and IG. For some reason the automation trigger just wont trigger. Has anyone come across this and found a solution?

Trying to troubleshoot - I had to change my IG Password this weekend and reconnecting ManyChat has taken me more time than I care to admit. None of my automations are working no matter how much I refresh my persmissions, edit my meta suite, and all the ManyChat instructional videos I’m finding are too old to help (My screen looks completely different than what they’re showing). I tried re-doing my automations, still nothing. ManyChat has no customer service so I’m at a complete loss of what to do next. I’ve been at this for hours.
