Dear community,I have a basic flow for Instagram DM automation, where users gets a DM when the user follows my account.From the beginning it was working well, however, over time more and more users who already follow me can’t get through this condition anymore. It just cycles them back. It started with one user per week complaining, now it’s multiple users per day, which is very odd.I have already tried refreshing the manychat permissions.Any help would be appreciated.

First my 2 factor text message is not coming in and then when I use backup code gives me an error:

I cant access the website it just keeps loading, tried a different internet and still wont work? anyone else facing this problem?

I’ve successfully updated the email we use to login from a former teammate to mine. However, Manychat is not allowing me to login with my email. I’m still forced to login using the previous email and we haven’t been able to deactivate that email because of this situation. How can I troubleshoot this?

  Stuck in a ghost Instagram connection loop — need a mod/human to help I’ve spent hours trying to fix this myself and I’m hoping someone from the team can point me in the right direction. What happened: • Logged into ManyChat originally, tried adifferent login later, got told my Instagram was already connected to another account• Signed back into the old account via Facebook (I didn’t want to use Facebook login at all, but it was the only way back in)• Disconnected Instagram from that account — ManyChat shows it as removed• Checked Instagram > Apps and Websites — nothing listed, confirmed clean on IG’s side• Also removed ManyChat from my Facebook Business Integrations• Despite all that, ManyChat still shows Instagram as connected through the OLD method, and every time I try to reconnect via “Via Meta” (needed for the Unified Instagram Onboarding flow), it just loops back to the same Meta screen without completing What I need: • The Instagram connection cleared/reset on the backend

I have a trial reel which got over 40K views… and over 400 comments mentioning my keyword. But the related automation didn’t trigger (probably an issue with permissions through refreshing permission does not work, I get an error message). Now do I have to go through all the comments and DM all these people the link they should have received automatically? Thanks.

I’ve got a TikTok business account, but trying to authenticate my TikTok account via manychat won’t work.I’ve tried in two browsers (chrome and safari). I’ve tried signing into my TikTok using different methods (QR code, password, phone number). I’ve also tried logging out and logging back in. All give the same error when trying to authenticate. Telling me to switch to a business account when it is a business account. It used to be a creator account then TikTok removed creator accounts and now only offer personal and business. I think that changed caused ManyChat’s integration to break. After clicking Continue in the authentication popup, it always shows the business account popup as in the screenshots below. I click done, then nothing happens. I’ve checked multiple times and can confirm my account is 100% a business account.What is the solution here? My feeling is that ManyChat development team needs to fix the TikTok integration.For additional context, I am based in South Africa and

Unsubscribing contacts from account no longer take effect ? Under new pricing and tier. Even deleting them no longer deducts. I have getting messageYour new contacts aren’t getting automations. You’ve hit your plan limit.I deleted unsubbed all of my contacts still my automation is not working.

I’m trying to connect my business page. I have confirmed all permissions via my personal facebook page. My business portfolio comes up as an option in the drop down menu but I can’t select it. It’s greyed out. I’ve gone through the troubleshooting process on Manychat but I can’t seem to get any further than this.

Hi, my problem is that for some reason ManyChat has been replying to comments in Spanish, and I don’t know why. I also don’t understand why it’s replying at all, because it isn’t attached to any flow. Could you help me fix this? Thank you!

Try using a Facebook account that you know is connected to this Instagram account."Setup:- IG is linked to the FB Page at Meta Business Suite level, not just Accounts Center- Tried logging in from my own admin account AND from a second Page admin (different person, different device, different network) — identical error from both- IG → FB URL rewrite workaround didn't work for us- Chrome standard, Chrome incognito, mobile Safari — same wallPosting here first in case:1. Pessoal, estou com um problema e queria saber se alguém já passou por isso.Recentemente troquei toda a minha equipe de vendedores. As contas do Gmail que utilizo como membros da Caixa de Entrada foram criadas originalmente com o nome dos vendedores antigos.Eu já alterei o nome dessas contas diretamente no Gmail, porém, no ManyChat os nomes continuam aparecendo como os antigos. Tentei sincronizar novamente, mas não encontrei nenhuma opção para atualizar essas informações.Além disso, mesmo estando logado na conta correspondente, não consigo editar ou trocar o nome dos agentes dentro do ManyChat.Alguém sabe qual é a melhor forma de atualizar esses nomes? Existe alguma maneira de forçar uma nova sincronização ou preciso remover e adicionar as contas novamente?As imagens abaixo mostram exatamente o que está acontecendo.

We've read through the FAQ and existing threads and understand that eligibility is controlled by Meta.That said, we'd like to formally add our voice to the growing number of businesses requesting more clarity:• Is there any way to actively apply for or request beta access?• Which factors influence eligibility - follower count, engagement rate, account age, connection method?• Is there an estimated timeline for the general rollout?More transparency on this would go a long way. I have a few flows set up that are triggered by keywords in a comment or DM. The flow leads to asking for their name and then their email, which is then sent to my email platform. Then it delivers a freebie. However-- any conversation started in my DM’s, regardless of whether any of the trigger words were used, starts the flow. And it will repeat and repeat in the middle of conversations. It’s extremely frustrating and even rude. Why might it be doing this?

I run a retail shop and we’re having some trouble to identify witch ad brought a customer to our whatsapp, instagram and facebook account. While on meta platform the message come like this:We don’t have this record on the manychat’s platform. How can we get the ad id or another info to track from wich ad this customer came?

If I want to use automations on Facebook as well, do I need to purchase another Pro subscription and pay double, or does my existing Pro account cover both Instagram and Facebook when they're linked to the same business?If I can set this up, please explain how as I’ve tried already with no successThanks!

Manychat was connected and working with my Instagram creator account.  I switched it briefly to a business account, but switched it back. Refreshed manychat’s permissions, but now can’t get manychat to recognize the account and connect to it. I need to automate something asap. Can anyone help troubleshoot. I just made a new post on my main feed to test it but manychat still isn’t seeing it. When I look at the permissions on Manychat it still says the IG is a “ Business Portfolio” which it’s no longer . How to change that? Or maybe that’s not the issue on why manychat isn’t connecting and picking up new posts? I’m stumped. Thank you.
