Hi ManyChat team and community,I’ve encountered a serious issue with Instagram automation flows in ManyChat: When users click a button with a link (set to open an external URL), they are not redirected to the target website.Instead, the button click opens the Google Play Store page for the “Threads” app by Meta. I’ve personally taken a screenshot of my own Android device showing this behavior.This is not a misconfiguration – the button is correctly set with an external URL. (Button opens external URL correctly with IOS) I’ve received multiple complaints from followers who can’t access what I promised. Thanks for your attention!
Hi all - I created an automation that is having an issue. The second button sent [after someone clicks the ‘Send me the link’ button] opens Threads and prompts to download Threads instead of the link I plugged in to a landing page. Is this happening anyone else? How do I fix this??

I have two separate PRO accounts on Manychat. One account is working fine, but the other is not registering any of the comment to DM automations-- whether they’re my older ones that use to work or new automations I’ve just created.I’ve refreshed my account connection and received confirmation from Manychat that it has been connected properly, but the automations still don’t work. It’s unfortunate because I use this for business and I’m receiving hundreds of comments, but none of them are receiving the link. The contact list is still under the 2,000 mark too. Tenemos una configuración de un AI Step que pide datos para agendar una cita, estos datos luego son enviados a Zapier. Estaba funcionando sin problemas hasta el 6 de julio de 2025 aproximadamente. Luego de eso, ya no guarda los datos que el usario proporciona, solamente guarda un campo al final de la conversación y lo guarda mal. No hemos hecho cambios de ningún tipo en el flujo desde hace meses, entonces sabemos que no fuimos nosotros los que causamos el error. Por qué funcionaba sin problemas y ahora ya no funciona? We have an AI Step configuration that requests data to schedule an appointment. This data is then sent to Zapier. It was working fine until around July 6, 2025. After that, it no longer saves the data provided by the user—only one field at the end of the conversation is saved, and it's saved incorrectly. We haven't made any changes to the flow in months, so we know we didn’t cause the issue. Why was it working without problems and now it’s not? What changed? Can someone please help us? I know how to collect emails through ManyChat and link them to Active Campain. However, I can't figure out how to associate the First Name and Last Name data that I've collected with those fields in the record in Active Campaign. Is there a way to do this without having to rely on a third pary like Zapier?Thank you.

Hi! I’ve been using Manychat for 2 weeks now and suddenly new automations are not working. I tried refreshing Instagram connection, but new automations still don’t work. All the previous ones do, however I am not able to create any new that is working. All seems fine in Manychat console but when I comment a keyword, no message is delievered. I double-checked keyword spelling and it should work on every post and reel. Any ideas what is the problem here?
I have an automation that’s live. The automation collects people’s email addresses. I want to add a step to the automation where the email addresses get passed on to my klaviyo account (I’ve already successfully set up the klaviyo-manychat integration). But I don’t see anywhere to add a step. Can this only be done before an automation is live? Everything I read says you should be able to add a step to a live integration, so I don’t understand why Manychat is not displaying the option for me to add a step.
Hi, I tried to upgrade to the pro plan but my credit cards (both) are not accepted, also apply pay doesn’t work. There is no issue from my bank’s side so can someone please help me with this? I don’t know what else to try. Thank you! Elena
