I know how to collect emails through ManyChat and link them to Active Campain. However, I can't figure out how to associate the First Name and Last Name data that I've collected with those fields in the record in Active Campaign. Is there a way to do this without having to rely on a third pary like Zapier?

Hey! Came here to figure out the same thing and there wasn’t a clear answer so dropping this here in case you guys still need it (or for anyone else!)
ManyChat allows custom form fields to sync – just not the basic ones. So the workaround is setting up a custom field in Active Campain. I named mine ‘First Name Manychat.’ Then create an automation to update the First Name field with that one. In the automation select “Form Field” to update the fields.
