Hi all -
I created an automation that is having an issue. The second button sent [after someone clicks the ‘Send me the link’ button] opens Threads and prompts to download Threads instead of the link I plugged in to a landing page. Is this happening anyone else? How do I fix this??

Yes there is another post here with the same problem. But sadly no help. I could find out that some people are lead to threads and for others the link is working fine.
I’m hoping its a good sign the links are working for some. In my automation the link is still sending people to Threads. I can’t find any way to actually speak to a person at ManyChats. Not the best set up to have the only business support forum based opposed to with a rep - pretty frustrating.
