Hi! I’ve been using Manychat for 2 weeks now and suddenly new automations are not working. I tried refreshing Instagram connection, but new automations still don’t work. All the previous ones do, however I am not able to create any new that is working. All seems fine in Manychat console but when I comment a keyword, no message is delievered.
I double-checked keyword spelling and it should work on every post and reel. Any ideas what is the problem here?

Are you on the Free Plan? One of its limitations is just work with 4 active automations… Check if that's the case! 😉
I have the same problem. I got Pro account. I wonder if this could be a Bug. Because suddenly stop working.

Do you know the cause of newer post not showing in the post picker? I’ve had this problem for days now and even after many refreshes, the new posts don’t show.
If old automations still work but new ones do not, the connection itself is usually fine. This is often either a plan limit, a permission refresh issue on Meta’s side, or an API delay.
On Free, only 4 active automations are allowed, so check that first. On Pro, make sure the new automation is fully published and attached to the correct post, not just saved.
If new posts are not showing in the post picker, that is typically an Instagram sync delay. Try creating the post directly from the Instagram mobile app, wait a few minutes, then refresh inside ManyChat. Also confirm the account is still Business, not Creator, and properly connected in Meta Business Settings.
If none of that works, open a support ticket with the exact post link. When older flows work and new ones do not, backend sync issues are common and only ManyChat can check logs.
