Hi,
You must create your WhatsApp templates inside Manychat (Config. WhatsApp/ Message Templates), otherwise you won't be able to find/select them.
Once they are created, you can build an automation with it and send it using Manychat's API: https://api.manychat.com/swagger#/Sending/28f1abbb07b0d4773b846dbeb3880e3c
But, before that, you also need to create a subscriber with your lead's WhatsApp Phone: https://api.manychat.com/swagger#/Subscriber/f42eb3580f33178fdf9d87f0c778f86e
