[KNOWN ISSUE] Instagram Comment Trigger responses with buttons may be delivered as blank DMs
Still new to Manychat so I’m still confused on how to organize flows. We have flows for keyword DMs with these codes but what if they comment on the post? If I create a User Comments on your Post with all these keywords and details, how can I arrange to make sure that the correct detail is sent using the correct keyword? Any help is appreciated been racking my brains for an hour or so.

Hey guys, I’m using the free version of manychat as all I care to do is send users specific links after commenting a specific keyword on specific posts.Strangely, only my first 9 instagram posts appear to choose from and none of my recent posts. Any ideas why? Thanks!

I’ve seen loads of documents going through all the troubleshooting for this.My instagram is a creator account under 500k, so it is eligible.As for FB, I have my main personal profile and an added profile from my main which is the profile I will sync posting with for my insta. Manychat seemed to want a business page rather than a profile so I created one under my personal FB profile (wouldn’t let me on the other one) and have now linked my insta to that business page but I’d really rather somehow link it to the business profile rather than a page as I don’t want my personal fb friends being able to find and follow my business account as I like to keep the 2 worlds separate and I know fb pushes things out far too wide for my liking.But even with this fb page linked it still won’t come up as an option for instagram. I considered just creating another fb to log into Manychat with but every time I try to log in with FB it only lets me log in with the one I logged in with before or it goes

I have been using Many Chat with the Json function for 2 year. I always copied and pasted my old files that have Json function. Now I am making a new account for another page, but the Json function does not exit anymore but replaced but another function below: This funtcion does not allow me to make an Ad that contains both Facebook and IG posting at the same time. Now I have to create 2 automations, one for FB and one for IG, and do the Ad seperately for both platforms.Can anyone help me to fix it? Thanks a lot

Hello, Trying to add a form submission action via the hubspot integration. Everything is hooked up on both hubspot and manychat. I’ve also tried refreshing permissions, and completely removing the integration and adding it back again. I’m manually entering the form ID, and the form will populate and let me match fields. When I save it and go back to the form submission action, the form is no longer there. I’ve tested myself and it does look like nothing is getting sent to HubSpot. Screenshots below: After manually entering the form id, it populates.After saving, and going back to that same action, everything is gone. Any ideas? Is the integration just not working as it should?
Since the Meta team has decided to pause allowlisting for Instagram Broadcast and the beta is closed. Are there any alternative automations styles for broadcasting in Instagram or atleast informing mass followers?

The last two actions are:Add a row to a google sheets file Send an email to our user agents.A couple of weeks ago, the flows worked fine.Since then, those two actions experience eventual delay. Let me explain:The flow reaches that step, the actions in most cases is executed immediately. In some cases, are executed after 25 or 26 hours later,For “some cases” I mean 3 or 4 times in a 3 weeks window.All replies are welcome.Jhony

I use it to send information to people who comment on my free-to-use platform instagram for finding dog-friendly places.I post - they comment - they get the link - thats it thats all I want and all ill ever use it forI don't mind paying a little bit each month, but it is free for people to use. I've seen that 500 subscribers cost £15 a month, which I'm happy to pay. My question is, what are subscribers? Is it everyone who comments and receives an automated direct message? Can I delete them as subscribers after they receive the automated message? All I want to use ManyChat for is so that I don't have to reply with the links myself 24/7 and nothing else. realistically I cant keep using mnaychat if as the following grows im spending hundreds a month for nothing my accounds already grown from 0-25k in two weeks - currently on the free trial
I have a question regarding Facebook's policy. If a customer comments on our post and we reply in the comments, are we also allowed to send them a private message (DM, inbox) according to Facebook's policy? For instance, if 50 customers comment on our Facebook post, can we send all 50 of them private messages (DM, inbox) without violating any Facebook policies?
