"Unkown contact" all the time, it never detects anything.

Hello, I cloned my flow to another pro account, but it doesnt detect any contact, all of them are “unknown” even when they chat or even interact with the chatbot and sometimes it doesnt even appear unless you chat to the bot again.… Basically I can never get their info.Also when i try to get the users info (name, id, whatever) it appears blank, so i dont know what im doing wrong.BTW my flows were working fine on my other pro account… even the live chat detected everything...

Why is Many Chats sending the wrong automated response. When I set as live and go into the automation everything looks good. However, when someone comments, they do not get the Dm I set up. This has happened mutiple times.

Olá, pessoal! Espero que estejam bem!Tivemos um problema com o cartão que estava cadastrado no Many e ficamos 1 dia sem o Plano Pro.Hoje resolvemos o problema com o cartão, mas não recebemos nenhum lead do prazo que ficamos sem o Pro. Normalmente recebemos em média 50 leads por dia. Por acaso alguém saberia me dizer se é possível recuperar esses leads de alguma forma?Agradeço desde já!

Are Reels DM automations working yet?

are they working yet?

Deleted contacts but it still forces me to upgrade to the pro plan

I have the free account and I have already exceeded 1000 subscribers, therefore the automations stopped working and it forces me to go to the Pro plan. What I did to avoid going to the Pro plan was delete all the contacts, however even though I have an empty contact list, I keep getting the message that I have exceeded 1000 contacts and that I should upgrade to the pro plan. This is so?Honestly, I am not interested in having contacts on manychat, the only thing I use about this tool is that it automatically responds to the posts I have, is there any way I can do what I want?Thank you

Test automation answers in instagram with the same user

I'm testing automations for automatic responses on Instagram. It happens to me that the first test with the same user (the one who asks) to do the test works correctly, but if I want to test the automation with the same test user the automation does not work, if it does if I ask with another new user, but the second question doesn't work.Does the automation work only once per user or do I need to configure something else?Note: at the moment I am using the free version, and then if the product works for me, I will move on to the paid version.thank you

Para apenas algumas pessoas da um bug e os botões que deveriam ir pra link externo e reativar a automação são esse bug. Alguém sabe como resolver.

ManyChat Keeps disconnecting from telegram bot!

Hi community, my automation always keeps disconnecting as Manychat is unable to receive any incoming messages from my telegram bot. I kept refreshing my telegram token and reconnecting, it works for awhile but after that it will disconnect and not receive messages from telegram bot again! Anyone knows how to fix this?

They blocked my facebook account

Yesterday I started with manychat pro. I started using it with an account of 1.5 million followers. In less than 2 hours I already had more than a thousand comments and contacts. The chat bot worked very well those two hours after that they blocked my account. El dia de ayer inicie con manychat pro . Lo empece a usar con una cuenta de 1.5millon de seguidores en menos de 2 horas ya tenia mas de mil comentarios y contactos. El chat bot funciono muy bien esas dos horas despues de eso bloquearon mi cuenta.

How Disable, Pause, Hide Buttons after clicked

I am using buttons because I need my clients to see the photos first before they click to that specific product. I just want that after they clicked the button, it will disappear, or pause for 2hours, or will be hide. Please Help!

can i send bulk messages to a list?

I have a previous page which was disabled and i still have the followers list (customers since 2015) and i want to reconnect with my new page! Is there a way to send to a list!?

I’m attempting to load my WhatsApp business number into ManyChat. I currently have that number loaded on my iOS WhatsApp Business app. When I try to integrate it into ManyChat, i get the following error:This number is registered to an existing WhatsApp account. To use this number, disconnect it from the existing account. Then, return to this page and re-enter the number. Note: It may take up to 3 minutes for the number to become available. Learn more.Does this mean i have to remove it from my WhatsApp business app in order to load it on ManyChat? If so, how would I be able to receive calls from that number on my phone? And, does this mean i’ll lose all of my current conversations on the app?What would be the process (if any) to 1) integrate the number into ManyChat as well as be able to access the number on our company phone under the WhatsApp Business app so that we can continue receiving phone calls?
