Thanks for your reply, so nice! I was actually wondering if this community is actually active, but so wonderful to see I received a response to my question within hours and now another message to connect - sweet! 

Ach und ich kann ja auch Deutsch schreiben - super! Ich habe dann schon mal eine Frage an dich, wie hast du dir alle Funktionen von Manychat angelernt? Ich sehe, dass so viele Videos und Tutorials nicht mehr aktuell oder nicht auf das anwendbar sind, was ich suche. Ich würde gerne jeden Tag etwas dazu lernen, aber ich weiß nicht, welche Sourcen das gut sind. Ich habe einige Work Tasks zu erledigen, und ich denke, die werden mir helfen, Lösungen zu finden, während ich gleichzeitig lerne. Aber wenn du irgendwelche Ideen hast, wie ich mich über die Features informieren und auf dem Laufenden bleiben kann, wäre ich dir sehr dankbar!

I know what you mean. I was exactly in your position one year ago.

There are some influencers I’ve been following in Youtube (Joren Wouters, Max van Collenburg, Trice Jiron) their videos explain basic topics but unfortunately, as you mentioned, the videos are out of date.

At the agency, we hired a local manychat consultant in order to clarify some doubts and issues we had with the app.

Most of the knowledge I have it has been acquired through test and error.

If you’re interested, I can send you some of the resources I know, (keep in mind that some of them oure outdated).

My name is Craig. New to using Manychat. Currently using the free version and a 30 day trial of the PRO version. I definitely see the benefits that Manychat offers. 

Little bit about me. I am an avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. I am using my socials to hopefully inspire others to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors. Eventually I would like to offer coaching and host local adventures. I am a brand ambassador for Honey Stinger, Meili Cycling Clothing, and Ride with GPS. I am also a distributor for Xendurance certified sport + performance products.
