Strategy Discussion: Moving WhatsApp Subscribers to Telegram for Budget Optimization

Hi Everyone,I'm looking to optimize my messaging budget and would love to get your insights on a challenge I'm facing. I have a substantial number of subscribers on my WhatsApp bot in my Manychat account. As many of you know, sending messages outside the 24-hour window on WhatsApp incurs additional costs.On the other hand, I also have a Telegram bot connected to the same business. Telegram offers the advantage of no time restrictions for message sending and is completely free.Given this situation, I'm considering strategies to encourage my WhatsApp subscribers to migrate over to the Telegram bot. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the best approach for this transition.What strategies would you recommend to make this shift smooth and effective? Customer Service Feedback

Hey guys, I don't even know if this is the right place to post it. I wanted to give feedback and show my appreciation to the customer service. I sent a ticket, I think that's how it's called, through the online form because I had huge problems with my bot. Within a day Emelly from the Manychat team answered and provided helpful tips. She answered every followup question within 24 hours and she solved all the problems with my bot. She had a lot of patience and explained everything very well so that I as a noob could understand it. I am very thankful and appreciative for Emelly's help. If that is how every customer at Manychat is treated, then I am impressed. What a great service. If not, please give Emelly a raise, or at least a bonus. She is doing great work. Have a good one y'all

Competitions using Manychat

HI all, I am setting up a Win a Rug competition using Manychat. We have done many comps over the years but Manychat seems like we can make this much more personalised and engaging than before, as well as collect emails. Has anyone had much success with something like this? thanks! Kura

Manychat for Restaurants

Have any of you tried helping restaurant businesses with manychat? If so, then does this actually help grow the business? Im interested in helping some small restaurant businesses help grow their business using manychat and once I’ve built a good portfolio, I’ll be down with the big restaurants. I’ve read some case studies and found them quite inspiring. And nobody is talking or implementing this strategy in my country so I think I can be at a very good position with time if I can start helping restaurants increase their revenue using manychat using certain strategies and automations. This is really untapped in my country and I feel like I can surely help someone grow their business. What do you think guys? Would love to hear your thoughts on this and if you have any tips then do let me know. Thanks

The best Kind of Quiz

I want to start a Quiz for my Instagram Follower, because I see it by Jenna Kutcher (Instagram Summit) with big success. I have Video Courses, Coachings and so on.
