Hey guys, I don't even know if this is the right place to post it. I wanted to give feedback and show my appreciation to the customer service. I sent a ticket, I think that's how it's called, through the online form because I had huge problems with my bot. 

Within a day Emelly from the Manychat team answered and provided helpful tips. She answered every followup question within 24 hours and she solved all the problems with my bot. 

She had a lot of patience and explained everything very well so that I as a noob could understand it. 

I am very thankful and appreciative for Emelly's help. If that is how every customer at Manychat is treated, then I am impressed. What a great service. 

If not, please give Emelly a raise, or at least a bonus. She is doing great work.
