My flow was running good for the past few months but since few days ago some of the keyword trigger not working and the opt in message doesnt sync to manychat , i can still view all messages in Messenger but manychat didn’t received it. Somehow some of my customer still able to trigger the auto flow and sync the message to manychat too, can anyone help on this?
