Equipo en verdad nadie sabe como puedo solucionar este problema de que no funcioann las automatizaciones de respuestas a comentarios de instragram?? Ya verifique en instagram y Facebook que las cuentas estén integradas con Manuchat y todo esta OK. Ya actualice los permisos. No se que más hacer.

Hola!! Es un problema de Meta, que parcen no saben cuando se solucionará. Envíe un ticket a support y esta fue su respuesta:

Unfortunately, this is a known bug from Meta's side. We have an open bug report for this, and according to the Meta team, this will be fixed in the next app update:
In the meantime, if you have a Button that includes a link, we recommend removing the Button and pasting the link directly into the text.
If you do not have a link included, I suggest substituting the button with a Quick Reply, like so:
