Is there a replay for this? I am just getting started and would like to know where I can find some tutorials on how to use Manychat and get to use the tools in the best way. I love everything I am reading, I am just struggling with me as the user…..lol

- What are your best practices when it comes to using tagging in Manychat? Most of the businesses I know want to use these taggings to tag clients with frequent interactions or those who have been inactive for some time. So are there are strategies you can share with us on how can fully maximize these taggings and even AI with them if possible
- How about segmentation in manychat? What are your best strategies for this one?

Really looking forward to the webinar next Tuesday. I am really keen to use Manychat for automation with replies to all inbound messages my business receives on social media, specifically Instagram and Facebook messenger and act as a chatbox to save me time responding manually. I am then keen to capture any leads by integrating with Hubspot.

Manychat with FB messenger:
Will you address how to make sure chatbot is triggered across different device/operating systems. iPhone, Android, Apple laptops, Microsoft PC’s.
I had to use multiple “triggers” to get FB Messenger Chatbot to engage with different User’s devices.
I’m not clear on all the Messenger Channel Settings. Will you go over them?
Also can Live Chat feature be turned off?
Can a Manychat chatbot be incorporated into a website?

I’m lost on something that I experience with other people using on their accounts: I want to be able to send an automatic follow up email with the information that they requested.
ex: a freebie - they get it in the DMs and a follow up email with it as well
I’m also curious about how I can organize my contacts in the ManyChat CRM - it looks like there are all kinds of things I can do, but I have no idea what!
Oh! And I share my stories from IG to FB and people respond on Facebook - is there a way to set up a parallel automation on Facebook so I don’t lose those people?

My FB password has changed and I forgot what it is. I can’t fix it because the number is tied to Manychat and when the code to reset the number is sent from FB to the phone, it doesn’t show up on Manychat. Why doesn’t Manychat have any support services other than the community?

Honestly, can someone tell me when you finally implement the Whatsapp Flow features? Some of my agency's clients are giving up on Manychat and moving to other platforms simply because you are late with this.
The worst thing is that I don't have a position even though I am a partner of yours. Not even a forecast of when or if you will actually work on bringing this feature that is mandatory nowadays.

Hola Gustavo mucho gusto desde Chile. Consulta hay alguna forma dentro de manychat que pueda validar fechas correctamente el paso de AI step?. Es inconsistente con uso de fechas para agendar y provoca confusión en usuarios . Muchos saludos
