How did you discover us?

Helen: I met one of your Manychat educators at an event (Sacha Liddiard) when we were running our own event, and she persuaded me to start using Messenger automation to promote and manage the attendees' communications. She has worked for us ever since!


 

How do you use Manychat?

H: We use it in a variety of ways for different clients. We build up quite complex flows. So, mainly for pre-determined conversational journeys. However, we also use the LiveChat facility a lot with certain clients. We are enjoying starting to experience the AI opportunity, especially for one of our clients who is a family attraction because this helps to reduce the amount of time their team needs to spend responding to customer inquiries manually. I also love the ability to include different media, such as video and audio messages, because it can make the journey so much more interactive.

 

What’s been your favorite experience or success story using Manychat?

H: We have a few. We had a client who achieved around a 300% increase in leads and a 69% increase in conversions from the WhatsApp funnels we have put on their website. We also built a training platform in WhatsApp in an innovative way for patient support which was offered by the NHS to parents who were on a waiting list to see a healthcare worker for their child. We initially built up an interactive screening quiz and then took the parents into a 10-step learning program, which included them being able to access various resources, support, and informational videos over 10 weeks. The pilot of this program was so successful that it is planned to be rolled out to multiple NHS areas in the UK.

 

How has Manychat transformed your life? 

H: It has allowed us to build a much more scalable service to offer as our agency. We have been able to niche down, become specialists, and stand out in our market while doing something we love: improving clients' communication challenges.

 

What one tip would you give someone who just started using Manychat?

H: To perfect one type of campaign or project first. There is so much you can do, but if you try to do too much, you won't get to grips with all the opportunities for what you can do! So delving deep into the possibilities whilst running one project/campaign gives the best chance to properly learn and get to grips with what is possible. Also, just think of it as a big tree!
