When we built the Chatbot and Mobile Wallet automations for the KBB historical launches, we manually analyzed the flood of thousands of questions coming through, to identify patterns we've used to build the FAQ.

This would then allow us to automatically respond to 96% of all the questions on auto-pilot.

Fantastic use case.
