If someone contacts me about a service request and I need more than 24 hours to service it, how do I contact them afterwards?  I understand for the other categories you have to build templates but for service related calls I don’t understand

 

@Angloinvest if you’re on Whatsapp, you’ll need to use templates, no way around it!

If you’re on Messenger, you can use Messenger Lists for getting back to them.

On IG you don’t have any options.

What I suggest is having alternate contact methods (Whatsapp/phone/email) so you can follow up when necessary.
