I am running 6 automation sequences between IG and FB with the Ads integration pro feature.
We have a great ads team and all of our ads are yielding results minus these. And when I say minus these, I mean we have been running traffic for over a week with ZERO triggers of this automation.
This is way too bad for it to be creative only etc.
Am I missing something here? Anyone had this issue and found a workaround?

Ad Issues
I've been having a similar issue since last Monday. I've tried everything and nothing has worked. We have several posts from people with this issue.
When a customer interacts with an Instagram ad, ManyChat doesn't recognize the message and doesn't create a contact, right?
ManyChat hasn't provided me with a solution through the support channel yet.
Please open a ticket as well, to raise the issue with support.
And if you manage to resolve it, please let me know.
Mines is worse than that. I can’t even see from my IG or FB account any inbound messages from anyone
