Hello, everyone.
We already have a WhatsApp line in the company and we would like to add it as a channel to Manychat.
Currently, we are using another platform where we receive WhatsApp queries.
It does not allow us to add the existing line and only gives us the option to add the new line.
If we select “Use my own number” it takes me to Meta. I advance a little with the configuration and when I get here the only option available is to create an account, when we already have one.
