Hi all! One of the admins on my team is unable to reply to IG DMs, she is getting the message “You have insufficient rights to chat with the contact. Please reach out to one of the page administrators.” but I’m not sure what I need to select in the settings to allow her to respond in ManyChat. Any insight?
