In Instagram you can message your audience with the bot for 24 hours after their last interaction. After that you cannot send any more messages from platforms like Manychat.
In these cases, you can reengage the conversation through Instagram or Meta.

Its not 24 hours though. That message came through the same minute as the screenshot

In that case it’s possible that Live Chat is not available for your user.
There’s usually a setting to enable it, and I wanted to send you a screenshot, but I’m not finding it now. So I’m guessing it’s possible that Manychat pushed an update to the platform and changed something.
