Here is a reply from Manychat Support. (I didn’t think this was enough so I also asked additional questions and am waiting fot furher reply.)



Please note that the Manychat Conversion API feature sends two - and only two - specific events to the Meta Events Manager via the Conversions API: LeadSubmitted
and Purchase
.
These events are the only ones passed through the API, and here is how they are triggered and sent to Meta:
LeadSubmitted
is triggered when a Contact clicks through an ad configured with an Ad trigger or provides their email or phone number in a User Input block; Purchase
is triggered when a user successfully completes a purchase using the Buy Button;
No other events are passed to the Meta Events Manager because these two events were the only ones explicitly configured during Dataset creation.
