Hey guys, this is my first post! Unfortunately with a problem.

I’m setting up an AI step that should do the following:

  1. Answer questions based on an FAQ.
  2. Ask qualifying questions to schedule a visit.
  3. Gather contact information.
  4. Escalate issues when needed.
  5. Once all information has been gathered, trigger a make automation to fill hubspot forms and deals.

So, for some reason, after all the questions have been answered, the fields are being saved into the wrong place:

 

I already tried creating the AI Step again, splitting the steps into FAQ > Intake > Questions + Scheduling and nothing works.

To really test this out, I created an AI step with the same Context I’ve been using and only created 1 script action asking for the full name and it didn’t save it properly!

My theory is that I put too many instructions inside and the chatbot doesn’t know what to do anymore, so it’s saving different user replies into whatever next field is “available”. 

Have any of you encountered this issue before?
