Is anyone else having problems when all (literally all settings, including channels, automation, contact and subscription) disappear?

I have used Manychat for more than a year. I logged in as usual through Facebook and saw just a new account 😩And I don't know why. I didn't delete automation, channels, or any integrations, and I paid my subscription last week.

It seems like there might be some bug.

HI, @Prashkevich! Did you already tried to clean your site cache/cookies?

Sometimes the browser gets “overflowed” with data and starts to act weird…

I usually use Safari, I’ve cleaned cookies just now, but it doesn’t help. And yes, I sent a request to support 

I think there may be a system bug because ManyChat didn't recognize the last payment for Pro I made last week  


I have same issue, I also cleaned cookies and sent a request to support yesterday. How long it usually takes for them to answer?

 My first experience with this program and so disappointing ☹️


Due to my first-ever issue with Manychat, I'm unable to offer information about the terms. Even though I was satisfied with their product previously, this problem has completely disrupted my online business.
