I would kindly ask your assistance with the following:
I want to set up a webhook in our PBX system (3cx), so that the moment a customer calls, I send the caller's phone number to manychat via api, and manychat initiate a conversation with this number with one of my approved templates that then leads to start the automation.
I cant seem to understand how to do it with the api key i have created, please assist me

If you can tweak the JSON body and do the logic, then yes, you should be able to connect it directly.
If 3CX does not offer you flexibility to adapt to Manychat’s API, then you’ll need to use something in between (like Make.com or Zapier).
