I’m trying to integrate Manychat to Make but nothing works. I got the API Key in MC, connected it in Make and it shows everything ok in it. But when i look in MC, nothing happens. There’s no Make option in trigger, actions, anywhere. I tried to refresh API key, tried everything but nothing works.

I was facing this problem in my account that i paid for PRO, so i created a new account and had the same problem.

Need help urgent in it.

@pva did you refresh the Manychat page? Usually once it’s connected you’ll see the Make.com actions in the options.

If you did and it doesn’t show, talk to support because something is wrong. Here’s how you can contact the support team: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281086345244-How-to-get-support-from-Manychat

Alternatively, you can do it with External Requests and setup a webhook in Make.com. This never fails.

yes, i tried to refresh, exit and log in again, clean browser cache, I even tried deleting the account and creating it again, in addition to creating a new account from scratch… nothing works. sent to support but i had sent before and never got an answer from them. sent again.

That’s weird, first time I hear this problem…

My suggestion, go with webhooks and external requests, these never fail ;)
