Hi!

I’m using manychat to support customers. When an agent handles a ticket i need to be able to save to a google sheet or api post who is currently assigned to them when i close the ticket. How can i do that?

@bentodman93 there’s no easy way to do this.

The solution I’ve found for my clients is to create a ‘Ticket Closed’ flow, and have the agents manually run this automation when they close a ticket.

This automation exports any data I need to export, and it can also trigger a ‘satisfaction’ survey and other logic if necessary.
