Heya! I’m trying to set up 2 automations on the free plan, but I can’t enable them/turn them on with the “Turn on this trigger” button (on the Automations page). I get the message “You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.” However, I see the following features listed under the free plan on the website:
- Automate conversations. Unlimited custom flows to engage up to 1,000 contacts
- Create custom keyword triggers (3 keywords)
Can you not set up any automations with trigger words on the free plan? These are the only 2 automations I have.
Edit: I figured out the issue shortly after posting this. The issue is that I’m trying to apply it to “All posts and reels,” however the free plan only allows you to enable it for a specific post or reel. Hope this helps someone else!
