I created these automations on Instagram and would like to duplicate them to Facebook. I primarily use the ManyChat app rather than the website, but somehow these automations got locked, and I am unable to duplicate them.
I am not sure how to unlock them - if you have any guidance, I’d really appreciate your help.

That’s odd…
The only thing I’m aware that could be blocked are templates that you acquire from others Manychat users.
If you’re seeing your automation like this (with a locker)
you probably installed a template
