I hope this message finds you well. I'm currently encountering an issue with DM automation for comments on Instagram.
The automation process I've set up involves sending a private message to individuals who comment the word "extract," providing them with a link to download a PDF. However, despite testing it with several accounts, I've noticed that it's not functioning as expected.
Initially, it worked smoothly with my primary account, where I tested it by commenting on posts made by real individuals. However, even with the same account, I'm no longer receiving any messages in my DMs when I comment with the keyword "extract." I'm uncertain if there's a limitation on sending multiple links to the same person.
Furthermore, when I tested the automation with other accounts, the outcome was the same - no messages were received upon commenting with the designated keyword.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or insights you can provide on resolving this issue.
