Hi MC Community!

For some reason, our Auto-Lead assign is not working properly and messages are automatically moved into the ‘closed’ section.

The auto-assign is turned on, as well as the option to automatically open conversations for every new message. Some of them are working, and others are being automatically moved to ‘closed’ and staying ‘Unassigned’

Has anyone else experienced this before and know how else we can trouble shoot to fix the issue? Thank you!
