auto distribution does not work
I’m having this same issue as well and messages are staying ‘Unassigned’ and being automatically moved over to closed. Were you able to find a solution?
After months still struggling with this guys?
Do you guys have the same account that’s linked to manychat linked to any other type of ‘automation’ services (let’s say intercom or make (previously integromat)), which may interfere with the facebook/integram api permissions.
