Hi,

I want to create an automation that sends an auto-reply to customers who contact me on WhatsApp. I can set the default reply to trigger with every message the user sends, or once every 24 hours.

However, I would like the auto-reply to be sent every time a user stops interacting with me for more than 2 hours.

Is this possible? How do I set this up?

Yes it's possible, but you have to build it.

Basically with tags, conditions and smart delays, you can set the logic to anything you want. The default reply trigger will be set to 'every time', and with your logic you'll control what messages are sent and when.

I usually like to set it up to reply once every 6 hours or more.

Thanks!

can you elaborate more on how to implement that?
