Hi people! I recently clicked  on an Instagram ad with the call to action ORDER NOW, this link redirected me to their website, I didn’t purchase anything and came back yo my feed with a message notification. I went to my inbox and there it was, an automated message coming  from this same company asking me a question and with a small light grey text of Instagram app saying “This welcome message was automatically delivered when you tapped on an ad, they won’t see this chat until you’ve sent a message”

What is this wizard magic and how can I achieve it? So far I can only set up this here when using the Meta Conversion as MESSAGING APP. But I dont want that, I want people to go to my website after clikcinc the add.

Any ideass?? Thank you people!

Weird magic, indeed!🤣 Here’s how to get that same or similar effect:

 

  1. Connect your Instagram to Manychat. 
  2. Set up your automation. 
  3. Run Instagram ads. I prefer to use Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager to create all my ads instead of Boosting. 
  4. In your ad creative, instruct your audience to leave the “trigger keyword” as a comment.  
  5. Depending on how you created your automation, when they do, it can trigger -
    1. An automated comment reply only
    2. An automated comment reply + an automated DM in response to the comment
  6. Now, when anyone clicks your ad, even if you redirect them to your website, they will get the automated responses. 

 

And that’s the simplest way I can explain how to recreate the weird magic!
