Hello community, I have a problem with the automatic assignment in my automations. I have two live chat agents, but one receives more leads than the other. What could be the problem?

This is a new functionality and probably will get a lot of improvements in a near future…
I saw another case with auto assignment in wich was said that an old chat agent had a lot of conversations assigned to him and he wasn't getting new assignments because of it (seems that it prioritizes agents with less or none attribution).
Check if this isn't your case.
