I often send out questionnaires to fill in. Is there a way for ManyChat to automatically know if the questionnaire has been completed in order to send thank you or reminder messages?

You can integrate the Manychat pixel, and have it trigger on your ‘thank you’ page or when they finish the questionnaire.
