Currently payment is handled manually by giving out different payment options (CashApp, PayPal, Venmo) but i want bot sends a Stripe payment link for the selected service. Once the user completes payment, Stripe automatically confirms the transaction. The bot notifies the team and moves the client forward to scheduling.
How can i achieve this?
Here’s some documentation that may help:
https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281204933532-How-to-connect-Stripe-to-Manychat
This is a simple but easy to use integration.
If you need something more complex or specific, you’ll need to build it and integrate with Manychat.
How i Send a confirmation notification to the team when payment is completed?
You can do an Admin notification if you want.
And if you want you can integrate with Make/Zapier and do more notifications.
You also get an email with every new payment.
Quick question: I want the bot to send a Stripe payment link based on the service selected by the user, as each service has a different price. For example:
- Story Post – $75
- Permanent Feed Post w/ Cover – $250
- Reel Post – $200
- New Music Friday Feat – $60
If a user selects a service, I want the bot to automatically send the correct Stripe payment link for that specific service. How can I set this up in ManyChat? Also, is there a way to track successful payments and move the user to the next step after confirmation?
@Gustavo Boregio, I have linked Stripe with ManyChat. Thank you for letting me know that it is possible to create a different price ‘Buy Button’ for each service.
One last quick question—For example, if a user buys a Story Post, can we still continue the flow to convince them to switch from a single purchase to a subscription model? Also, would there be any limitations in doing so within ManyChat?
Please how do i renew my sub. the stripe checkout never loads
@Gustavo Boregio
I have set up a simple flow for testing purposes to check if I get charged or not. However, when I click on the "Buy Now" button, it doesn’t redirect me to the purchase page. Please see the screenshot for better understanding.

Try a real run (by triggering the flow with a keyword for example) and it should work.
I usually drop the value to $1 and test a real transaction end to end.
Thank you for your response. It is working now as you said try a real run by triggering the flow with a keyword.
Quick question
Can i sell a service that costs more than $100 inside the bot?
Thank you,
Not sure where you read it, but I haven’t heard of any of these limitations.
