We're looking to automate our Thai Facebook Messenger-based e-commerce workflow using ManyChat's AI integration. Our shop is based in Thailand, and all customer communications are in Thai language.

 

1. When a customer sends a product image:

   - AI should recognize the product from our database

   - Check stock availability automatically

   - Answer basic customer questions in Thai

   - Send order details (price, delivery info) using predefined Thai language templates

 

2. When customer sends payment:

   - AI should recognize Thai payment slips/confirmations (from local Thai banks)

   - Send notification to admin for payment verification

   - Once admin confirms payment

   - Send automated thank you message to customer in Thai

 

Does anyone have experience implementing similar automation with ManyChat's AI integration in Thai language context? Specifically looking for:

- Best practices for image recognition integration with Thai product descriptions

- Setting up automated stock checking

- Thai payment slip verification workflow (compatible with local Thai banking systems)

- Tips for Thai language template responses

- Integration between ManyChat AI and admin notifications

- Handling Thai language natural language processing

 

Current process is manual and we want to streamline it to reduce staff workload and provide faster customer service while maintaining natural Thai language communication.
