I’m having an issue with my current automation.
I believe I set it up correctly but the preview keeps telling me I haven’t picked a post. But as you can see on the top left of the screen cap below, I have selected a post.
I’ve tried to refresh permissions. I did an automation before that worked. Tried duplicating this one but doesn’t work either, nothing is sent to my followers.
What am I missing here ?

Try cleaning your browser's cache and cookies.
As Manychat gets new updates, cached information can break some things…

I did continue to try different things after my message, including removing my IG account completely.
I have no idea what was the problem and what solved it but it got solved somehow and the Manychat support team confirms it works fine.
About the screenshot, they told me it was probably a visual bug on their side but that didn’t interfere with the automation.
If that happens again, I’ll try cleaning cache and cookies too.
