Hi community,

I recently started using Manychat and I've run into an issue with an automation I've set up. The automation is set to trigger when the users comment on a post and the reply is sent via message. I added an action to count the number one by one and then followed a condition saying 200 or less. So for the first 200 people it is supposed to give one message and after 200 people sign up, it's supposed to give an alternative message. Even after the desired count(i.e.200) , I am receiving the same message which the first 200 people are supposed to receive. The automation is not taking into account the number limit I had given.

Any idea on how I could rectify this? Thanks
