Hi! I created an automation to send a DM upon a comment with a keyword. I set it to trigger with any post, but it won’t work with a FB ad post. I tried adding the post’s ID and Manychat won’t find the post. The post isn’t showing either on the list when I try to set it to an individual post.
I need this to work as my regular “comment X and I’ll DM you” posts, only that this time it’s from an ad. How can I make it work?

Hi,
Facebook and Instagram Ads don't work with the “classic” triggers. You have to use the "User clicks a Facebook/Instagram Ad” trigger and bind it in your Ads Manager.
