Hello everyone!
Its my first month on Manychat, I created a conversation flow for Instagram, where a Post or Reel comment leads to a DM automation. The conversation starts in the DM, but the flow stops in the middle and my audience does not receive a link. The automated response in the comments works thoough (Like: hey, got your message, I’ll send you a DM with the link).
I have done ALL THE STEPS explained in by manychat support PLUS info tutorials shared here.

manychat is shows under white listed search bar etc etc and all the other things you recommend ✅
so my question to you guys is… should I create a NEW facebook account and facebook page, to connect to my instagram? because it seems something is off with the old facebook account (that i’ve had since 2007 and support has stopped replying because they probably don’t have a clue how to help me.
I really want my manychat automation to work before black friday sales
