Hello, how are you? I have an Instagram account, and I want to send a DM automatically whenever someone comments on one of my posts. I set up the automation in ManyChat correctly because I’ve done this before for other clients, but it’s not working.
It does send the reply to the comment, but it doesn’t send anything via DM. What could be the issue?
In the Facebook settings page:

ManyChat appears there on top, but when I go to select the recipient for Instagram, I don’t see the ManyChat option. What could be happening?
Also, my account is on a trial plan. Could this be affecting it?
